Are you getting the following error message which is stopping you from ordering:-

Please note, we ship to all areas and there should be no problems ordering if your address details are correct on the system. If you are getting the above message, it will be incomplete address details that you will need to complete/amend before your order can be processed. In a few instances we could not migrate across some address details from the previous West Wind website. Please ensure all fields are present and correct, and simply process your order again.
RETURNING CUSTOMER PASSWORDS:-
On your first visit please select 'Forgotten Password’. Enter the e-mail address associated with your account. Click submit to have your new password e-mailed to you so that you can access the new site. Use this password to log into the new site.
