Shipping and Delivery Information

Westwind productions will endeavour to ship all orders within 7-10 working days from receipt of order and mostly this is achieved. In fact, it's usually quicker, within 5 working days.  However, when we are experiencing high volumes of orders, it is not always possible to despatch orders within the 7-10 day timescale, so please allow a few days more for despatch to take place.  We will contact our customers either by email or telephone to advise of any delays should this be the case. However, it is our policy to try to achieve the 7-10 working day turnaround on orders at all times.  If you are ordering for an event or birthday and require despatch very quickly, we ask that you contact us via email on mail@fwestwindproductions.co.uk.  We will, if at all possible, depending on the size of your order, endeavour to expedite the shipping of your order.

UK orders under £100 in value are despatched via 1st Class Royal Mail.  Orders over £100 in value are despatched either via APC next day courier or via the Royal Mail Signed for Service.

Western EU and Rest of the World Orders under 2kg in weight will be despatched Via Royal Mail Airmail Service.  Orders over £100 in value with be despatched via the Royal Mail International Signed for Service.  All higher value orders over £120 will be despatched via UPS courier.  

SHIPPING TO USA - DUTIES AND TARIFF

We will cover the tariff, and US customers may order as normal without incurring any additional fees at our checkout stage when ordering products from us.  Nor will there be any duties or tariff payable on receipt of order into the US. The price at checkout is the same for all customers, wherever located, no additional charges are applied. So rest assured there will be a smooth transition placing an order, through to receipt of order into the USA and no hold up at customs for any reason. 

SHIPPING TO EU

Should there be any import duties and taxes incurred on receipt of order, these are currently the responsibility of the Consignee.  However, we are working with our shipping partner to offer IOSS which will be announced as soon as we have this in place and our European customers will be able to order very soon through IOSS therefore incurring no duties and charges on receipt of order. Watch out for our announcement on this early 2026.
